Jorge J. Jaimes-Melgar is a dynamic author, social media consultant, and advocate who brings his unique background and diverse perspectives to all that he does. Born in the vibrant town of Ixtapan de la Sal, Mexico, Jorge moved to Southern California during his formative years, where he was influenced by the region’s rich cultural diversity and forward-thinking energy. Now living in the heart of the Midwest, he continues to blend these experiences with his passion for community engagement and digital innovation.

As a proud Gen Z DACA recipient and openly bisexual, Jorge draws from his personal journey to foster inclusivity and representation in his work. On June 6, 2024, he founded Jaimes-Melgar Social Media Consultation, an enterprise dedicated to helping brands and individuals elevate their social media presence with authenticity and impact. His work embodies a commitment to bridging cultural understanding with cutting-edge digital strategies, empowering others to find their voice and reach new audiences in the digital age.

Jorge is well-known for being vocal about various issues related to U.S. immigration, especially in his passionate support of the DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) program. As a beneficiary of this program, also known as the initiative for Dreamers, Jorge's personal experiences and advocacy emphasize the importance of this issue within the broader context of immigration reform.
